Karen Hsieh
Resident Intern

Together, we’ll work to clarify who you are, who you are becoming—and how you can experience a deeper sense of belonging along the way.

My goal is to help you cultivate self-awareness and make meaningful connections—with yourself, with others, and within the environments you move through—so you can feel grounded, confident, and at home in your life.

I support clients in:

●      Building self-awareness that leads to thriving

●      Navigating life transitions and feeling less “stuck”

●      Managing anxiety, creating healthier habits, and setting boundaries

●      Analyzing patterns, values, beliefs, and relationships to support personal growth

This is a judgment-free space where we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to align your inner world with the life you want to lead. I listen, but also offer thoughtful challenges and new perspectives to help you grow.

My approach is culturally sensitive and forward-thinking. Drawing from my personal journey of crossing cultures from Taiwan to the USA at a young age, I’ve always naturally explored the intricacies of identity. This experience shapes my work as a therapist—and my commitment to helping others evolve.
