Maneetpaul Chawla
Resident Intern

Maneet believes that meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. As a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student at Iona University, he brings a thoughtful, curious, and compassionate presence into his work with individuals, couples, and families.

Before stepping into the field of therapy, Maneet spent nearly a decade working in the tech world. His transition into this field was fueled by a desire to do work that felt more personal, relational, and grounded in service. That sense of purpose continues to shape his approach today—one rooted in collaboration, cultural awareness, and deep respect for the stories we carry.

He is especially drawn to working with young adults, couples, and those navigating major life transitions. Maneet sees therapy as a space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment and begin to create new, more empowering narratives.

As a resident intern, he is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships and bringing humility, curiosity, and presence into every session.
